Plain-English terms for using PinPeek. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

What PinPeek does

PinPeek helps small businesses find and evaluate U.S. federal contract opportunities. It shows public spending and opportunity data, and it uses AI to turn a solicitation PDF you upload into a summary, a go/no-go score, key dates, evaluation criteria and a compliance matrix.

Your account

You sign in with a link we email to you. Keep access to your inbox secure — anyone who can open your email can sign in as you. One account per person, please.

Plans and billing

Your first decode is free.
Decode is $99 per month and includes up to 40 decodes per month. It renews monthly until you cancel.
Draft is not available yet; joining the waitlist doesn't commit you to anything.
Payments are handled by Stripe. You can cancel any time from Manage billing in the app; cancelling stops future charges.

What you may upload

Only upload documents you have the right to share with a third-party service. Do not upload classified documents, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), export-controlled material (ITAR or EAR), or any otherwise restricted document. Uploaded PDFs are sent to Anthropic's API to generate your report; PinPeek stores the report, not the PDF. See the Privacy Policy.

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break or overload it, scrape it at scale, get around plan limits, or use it for anything unlawful.

AI reports can be wrong

Reports are generated by AI and may contain errors or omissions — a missed requirement, a wrong date, a misread clause. Always verify everything against the solicitation and any amendments before you rely on it or submit a bid. PinPeek is not legal advice and does not guarantee that you will win, or be eligible for, any contract.

Public data

Spending data comes from USAspending.gov and opportunity data from SAM.gov. Recent fiscal-year figures are preliminary and change as agencies finish reporting. PinPeek is not affiliated with the U.S. government, SAM.gov or USAspending.gov.

Our responsibility

PinPeek is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for lost profits, lost contracts or indirect damages, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your use

You can stop using PinPeek and cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can ask us to delete your account by emailing hello@pinpeek.com.
