Privacy Policy

The short version: we keep the minimum we need to run PinPeek, we don't sell your data, and we don't keep the PDFs you upload.

What we collect

• Your email address — to create your account and send you sign-in links. There are no passwords.
• Your NAICS codes — the codes you choose for your daily opportunity feed.
• Your decode results — the report PinPeek generates (summary, score, dates, compliance matrix and so on), plus the file name and the time you ran it, so you can reopen it from History.
• Subscription status — your plan and a Stripe customer reference. We never see or store your card number.
• Waitlist emails — if you join the Draft waitlist.
• Technical logs — our hosting provider records standard request details (such as IP address, browser and time) that we use for security and debugging.
• Abuse prevention — when a free decode is used, we store the network address it came from for 30 days to limit free-tier abuse, then delete it automatically.

The PDFs you upload

When you decode a solicitation, the PDF is sent to Anthropic's API, which reads it and generates your report. PinPeek does not store the PDF itself — only the generated report is saved to your account.

Do not upload classified documents, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), export-controlled material (ITAR or EAR), or any other document you are not allowed to share with a third-party service. PinPeek is built for public solicitations, like the ones posted on SAM.gov.

Who we share data with

Only the service providers that run PinPeek, and only for that purpose:

• Cloudflare — hosting, database and sending sign-in emails.
• Anthropic — the AI model that reads your uploaded PDF and writes the report.
• Stripe — payments and subscription management. Your card details go directly to Stripe.
• Google Fonts — our pages load the Inter typeface from Google's servers.

We don't sell your personal information and we don't use advertising trackers.

Cookies

We use one cookie, pp_session, to keep you signed in for up to 30 days. It can't be read by page scripts. The app may also save a small note in your browser (for example, that you were heading to checkout before signing in).

Public data

Spending figures come from USAspending.gov and opportunities from SAM.gov. These are public U.S. government datasets; PinPeek is not affiliated with the U.S. government.

Your choices

• Change your NAICS codes at any time in the app.
• Cancel your subscription any time from Manage billing in the app.
• To delete your account and the data tied to it, email hello@pinpeek.com from the address on your account.
